For vendors, brokers, and builders
When your client's date slips, you take the call.
I work on your client's side to find what will move their opening date while there is still time to fix it. Your install goes cleaner. Your client opens on time. And no referral money ever moves between you and me.
The rule: no referral money, either way
- I don't pay for introductions.
- I don't take commissions, kickbacks, or finder's fees from any vendor.
- Every client is told who introduced us. If that company has ever hired me for work, they are told that too.
- If I review a program you are part of, you get the same findings you would get if we had never met.
- What I find belongs to your client. You will hear that we talked, not what I found.
This is why it works. Your client can trust what I say because nobody paid for it.
What your client gets
Two things. Both are free. Both are a gift from you, not a sales call from me.
The checklist, with your name on it
The 30-Day Pre-Opening Cutover Checklist: 40 things that have to be true before a cutover, and the 9 that most teams miss. Your edition says it came from you. Hand it to every client with a date. See the checklist
A free 9-Line Walk
Thirty minutes on a call. We walk the nine lines against their live date. They leave with a short list of what to fix. If they want more help after that, they will ask.
What you get
- Sites that are ready when your crew shows up. Circuit live. Cabling walked. One named owner for each system. Fewer return trips.
- Bad news that doesn't come from you. Your client hears about gaps from an independent voice before go-live, not from your team after.
- Field notes, once a month. A short note on what I am seeing break in rollouts right now. Useful for your install and customer success teams.
- A closed loop. Within 48 hours of every introduction, you hear whether we connected and whether a walk is booked.
How an introduction works
- You spot it. A client has a date on the calendar, and someone is nervous about it.
- You send two lines. Copy the note below, change the names, and send it. It takes about 90 seconds.
- I take it from there. I book the walk. Within 48 hours, I tell you we connected.
The note. Email, text, or LinkedIn message.
